This increase is a big improvement over the base engine, which only produces 201 horsepower. You can also expect the 2026 Tiguan to have all-wheel drive standard across all trims.

Pricing for the 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan is expected to start around $31,000, although nothing has been officially confirmed from Volkswagen. Pricing could also go up to around $46,000, depending on additional options and trims.
